1. How do I book an appointment?

The best way to book an appointment for an individual or a group is to call us at 215-268-7105.  We do a short screening to determine what you are looking to achieve from the session(s) (relaxation, pain relief, etc.) and then set up your appointment.

2. What happens during a session?

You can expect your therapist to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time to set up and go over the specifics of your massage session.  During that time you will be asked how you are feeling and if there is anything in your medical history that they need to know about.  The therapist will step out of the room and allow you time to get undressed to your comfort level and onto the table.

You will be draped with a sheet for the entire massage and only the area that is currently being worked on will be uncovered.  If you are doing a fully clothed treatment then draping will not be necessary but will be provided if asked.  Periodically you will be asked about pressure but if you experience discomfort at any time tell the therapist immediately.

When the session is over, the therapist will leave the room again and wait for you to get up and get dressed.  Once you are dressed, after care instructions will be given and if you would like to rebook we will schedule you accordingly.

If you are having an in-office appointment, we will set up wherever is most convenient for you.  Services from our Traveler at Work menu do not require you to be undressed but we ask that you wear or bring clothes that are loose and comfortable.

3. How experienced are the massage therapists?

We are a small group of certified and well-trained massage therapists.  The primary therapist Lilla has been in practice ten years and the other practitioners have at least five years of experience.  We've all graduated from accredited massage therapy schools and have advanced training in several massage modalities.

4. Can I charge it to my hotel room?

In order to avoid confusion with billing, payment is required at the time of service and is done through the therapist.  You also have the option of pre-paying when you book the appointment.  For your convenience we accept cash, travelers cheques and all major credit cards.  Please have valid ID for verification.

5. Is your service just for travelers and heavy commuters?

Although we do specialize in people who travel frequently, our clients range from stay-at-home moms to plane hopping executives and everything in-between.  Everyone is welcome to use our services.

6. What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?

Please call us as at 215-268-7105 as soon as possible to cancel or change an appointment.  While we do not charge for canceled appointments, we appreciate the courtesy in the event another client can fill your slot.

7. Do you offer erotic or sensual massage?

Absolutely not.  We only provide professional, therapeutic massage and bodywork.  No sex of any kind is offered and comments or actions of a sexual nature will result in the end of your service.
